1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our products and services, including CCX ERP (software-as-a-service product) and CCX Automation of Business (business automation services) provided by Clientcarex AI Private Limited (“Clientcarex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use our services. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Service Access & Usage

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services for your internal business purposes.

  • You agree not to:

    • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our services.

    • Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

    • Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our systems.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

  • Certain products and services require payment of fees in advance.

  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select.

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as required by law.

  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refund Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day refund policy for certain products and services under the following conditions:

  • Refunds apply only to eligible products or services clearly marked as “30-Day Refund Eligible” at the time of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • For SaaS subscriptions: Refunds are available only if the service has not been extensively used (less than 10% of resource allocation consumed) during the refund period.

  • For automation services: Refunds are available only if no major deliverables have been completed or delivered during the refund period.

  • Setup fees, customization work, third-party license costs, and one-time service fees are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and service names associated with Clientcarex are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party applications. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of these third parties.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue our services (in whole or in part) at any time with reasonable notice, without liability to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity

  • Fail to pay fees due

Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately, and we may delete your data after the applicable retention period.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

  • Our total liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations before seeking legal remedies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our website at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
